As a forward-thinking leader, I have always been drawn to intersections.

The intersection between technology and business. Between innovation and governance. Between strategic vision and practical execution.

Growing up during the digital revolution, I witnessed first-hand how technology transformed the way people communicate, work, and create value. This experience shaped my belief that the most impactful leaders are those who can bridge different worlds rather than operate within a single discipline.

Over the last decade, I have built my career in Financial Services, helping organisations navigate these intersections, leading multi-million-euro transformation programmes and strategic initiatives from business case and inception through to implementation and delivery. This has given me first-hand experience in navigating organisational change, aligning diverse stakeholders, and delivering measurable outcomes, adopting both Agile and Waterfall methodologies as required by the context and objectives of each initiative.

Working within complex and highly regulated environments has taught me that successful transformation is rarely driven by technology alone. Lasting results are achieved when innovation is supported by governance, when data informs decisions, and when strategy is translated into disciplined execution.

Throughout my career, I have worked with senior executives, business leaders, and technology teams to connect vision with delivery, helping organisations turn complexity into clarity and ambition into measurable outcomes. This ability to align diverse perspectives around a common objective has become the foundation of my leadership philosophy.
